1. Changes in Packages & Pricing

WebSage may revise pricing, features, and service offerings at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing applies to all new agreements.

Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the previous rate, except for:

• Domains
• Hosting services

These depend on real‑time provider pricing.

2. Payments, Late Fees & Suspension

• After 7 days of non‑payment: Technical support is paused.
• After 14 days: All services (hosting, website, SaaS, emails) are suspended.
• After 30 days: All files, websites, and stored data are deleted permanently.

Refunds are not provided under any situation. Payments must be made only to CodeBitel® or WebSage.

3. Anti‑Spam Policy

WebSage maintains zero tolerance for spam or unsolicited commercial email.

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent termination without notice
• Administrative penalties
• Legal escalation for severe misuse

Mass mailing on shared hosting is prohibited.

4. Legal & Ethical Restrictions

Clients must not:

• Host or distribute illegal content
• Spread copyrighted materials without permission
• Attempt hacking or reverse engineering
• Collect personal data without consent

We cooperate with legal authorities if unlawful activity is detected.

5. Ownership: What You Own & What Can Be Shared

You OWN after full payment:

• HTML, CSS, JS exports
• Visual/UI design
• Text content you provided
• Photographs you supplied or captured

This is your Finished Assembled Work.

Source Code, Backend & Database Access

WebSage/CodeBitel® can provide backend source code and database access ONLY if it is clearly written and signed in the MoU or NDA.

If it is not written in the MoU/NDA, backend code and database access will not be shared.

All SaaS platforms, internal frameworks, admin panels, proprietary modules, automation systems, and backend logic remain the intellectual property of WebSage/CodeBitel® unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement.

6. Server Access & Credentials

Root/Server Access Will Be Provided ONLY IF:

• The client purchases a VPS/Dedicated Server from CodeBitel®, or
• It is explicitly mentioned in the MoU.

For all managed hosting services:

• Security access is restricted to WebSage engineers
• Root access cannot be shared unless contractually approved

Managed WordPress Hosting

Clients will receive:

• WordPress Admin Panel (WP‑Admin) access
• SFTP (if included in the plan)

But not root‑level server access unless stated in MoU.

7. Domain Registration Policy

If WebSage/CodeBitel® purchases a domain for a client:

• It is registered under our official company registrar account
• Registrar/cPanel login access is not shared

Clients can request:

• EPP/Auth Code for domain transfer

Once transferred, the client gains full ownership and control.

8. Hosting on Client‑Owned Servers

If a project is deployed on:

• A client‑owned hosting account
• A third‑party server purchased by the client
• A VPS/Dedicated server not provided by CodeBitel®

Then:

• CodeBitel®/WebSage is not responsible for any security issues, malware, downtime, data loss, or performance issues related to the hosting provider.
• Ongoing issues arising from the client's hosting environment are not covered under warranty or free support.

9. Deployment on Client Servers (Updated)

CodeBitel/WebSage can deploy on client‑owned servers if:

• Source code sharing is allowed in the MoU, and
• The client provides necessary credentials

If source code sharing is not included in the MoU, then deployment outside CodeBitel® servers will not be done.

10. Project Management Responsibility

Each project is assigned a Project Manager responsible for:

• Coordination
• Communication
• Timelines
• Delivery

This ensures smooth execution and accountability.

11. Compliance, Security & Modern Standards

WebSage follows:

• DPDP Act (India)
• GDPR‑aligned privacy handling
• Zero‑Trust security practices
• Encrypted data storage and transmission

Any attempt to tamper, exploit, or reverse engineer systems can result in immediate suspension.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under:

• Dehradun jurisdiction only
• Governed by applicable Indian laws
